Facility Hygiene Should be Included on the Site Plans

When biosecurity gets its own page on the site plans before the build, everyone from the client to subcontractors benefit. HVAC, plumbing, and fertigation stays clean with the least amount of degradation to metals and electronics compared to the mixture of disinfectants used to clean a facility. 

It's as technical as all the other systems, utilizing the best minds in chemistry, engineering and operations to get it done safely and effectively. Ideally it's built into your facility after the HVAC and fertigation is installed, but realistically we're called on after the problems have arisen and it becomes a retrofit situation in a dirty grow where money, employees, and management have been lost. 

We're looking for a prescient project manager or GC, who will include us in their new build. It's important.
